Some people are saying that Obama struck a deal with Iran as a diversion to the Obamacare madness. These people say that Obama knew he was in trouble, so to change the subject, he set out to strike this deal. Some people, including conservatives on radio, say that Obama would not do anything "evil" against the United States. They call people who think like me, conspiracy theorists.
These same people said that Obama would not come into our homes and take our guns. He has however, made significant strides toward blurring the lines between freedom and lawlessness. These people said, Obama would not take away our healthcare for a single payer plan; yet in the first two months of Obamacare, 5 million people have been stripped of their health insurance, with the only choice being a much more expensive plan offered through the government exchanges. Employer sponsored plans, you're next.
Let's call it what it is, this Iran deal was only one more example of Obama coddling radical Islam (terrorists). We also saw him do this when he blamed an amateur videographer for the attack on our embassy in Benghazi. He also cozied up to radical Islam when the Muslim brotherhood overthrew the government of Egypt. We forcefully and violently removed Gaddafi in Libya, opening doors for Islam to spread further; despite the fact that Gaddafi has not done anything against the U.S. since the fateful wake-up call that he received from Ronald Reagan, back in the 80's. To hear Obama's justification however, Libya was our most dangerous enemy and an imminent threat.
Well, this past weekend, Obama joined with a few others in Europe to end sanctions against Iran, in exchange for...nothing. In fact, Iran we're told, cannot increase their uranium enrichment programs. Now, even if we could trust Iran, who we know has lied in the past; the agreement allows Iran to continue progress on the programs - weapons, delivery systems (missles), and so forth. In exchange, we will end sanctions. Even the demands of the overtly liberal UN are more rigid than the deal struck this past weekend. All this, despite the fact that the sanctions have made significant progress and have moved Iran to come to the table in the first place.
Obama stated that this was a peaceful solution, changing our history of peace through strength. Yet, our lawmakers from both sides, have been vocal about their concern with this "independent" decision. Though SOS Kerry claims that the deal is what everyone wanted, including Israel; we heard Benjamin Netanyahu today state, "This is not a historical deal, this is a historical mistake"! These words may prove prophetic.
There is little more to say that has not been said. Obama is in bed with terrorists. Obama is a terrorist sympathizer. Obama is an enemy of the U.S., the Constitution; and all it represents. Obama is not stupid as some have suggested. Obama was not creating a diversion from Obamacare, as others have suggested. Obama is completely aware of what he is doing. Obama has an end game in mind and it does not end well for the United States. For the past six years, Obama has said one thing and done another, usually something much more dangerous. Obama has lied without accountability, to a level which as dwarfed George H. Bush's, "Read my lips" lie, which cost him his second term.
My fellow citizens, please beware of this man. His motives are calculated and his actions are very dangerous. We may live to regret his second term, but only those of us not lucky enough to die before 2016.

You Can Be The President If...
America! Really! Hollywood could not write anything this funny, this sad, this pathetic! Not even the Hollywood before it was taken over by the most extreme of the left.
We are hearing horror stories about up to 80% of people being dropped from their current health insurance. This is mind blowing! Before you say, "big deal, I got to keep mine"; keep in mind, these are people who purchase their own insurance - business owners and so on. These are people who shopped with their own money and carefully selected their plan. These are generally intelligent, financially frugal people who operate their own businesses, mostly successfully. These people have been forced out of their plans, away from their doctors; some of whom they have had for many years. They have been pushed into inferior plans, often with price tags as much as 10 times higher.
For those of us who have health coverage through our employers, you may recall that Obama issued a one year waiver, so we will not feel the pinch until AFTER the 2014 elections. But make no mistake, you will feel a pinch.
All of this and Obama, Carney and the entire administration are saying they have been telling us all along that this would happen. For all of the past five years, we were told that we could keep our plan, we can keep our doctor. Over and over again! Let's discount the fact that during the 2010 mid term and the 2012 presidential campaigns, everyone with a drop of conservative blood, shouted to me and you that this would happen. Anyone who read any part of the law was shouting these same warnings; yet everyone on the left, led by the Liar in Chief, laughed arrogantly and repeated the mantra..."If you want to keep your plan, if you like your doctor, nothing will change..." This was never follow by, "unless", "until", "except for" or any other qualifier.
What is most pathetic is how SO many people, just don't care! This follows my prediction from several years ago that if we allow this administration to get people hooked on dependency, they can increasingly get citizens to give in to anything!
Contrast this program with conservative's proposal in 2004, to privatize social security. The plan was to give people the OPTION to direct some of their SSI contributions into private 401K investments. It was not mandatory, but an option. The liberals in this country, lost their minds. They would absolutely not allow me, the option to take control over some of my retirement investments through the government. With Obamacare however, there is no option. The government has the authority to GRAB whatever they can, whatever they want and there is nothing you or I can do about it!
This administration has failed at it's primary duty, which is to protect and defend the Constitution. They in fact, have trampled on the Bill of Rights and it is time to call it what it is - Treason! This President must be charged, taken into custody and face his accusers. He will certainly be found guilty and must face the most appropriate punishment. This is the reason our forefathers created the constitution. This is the reason our government has checks and balances. This is a protection we are guaranteed as citizens.

It's More Than Just About the Lies!
I would like to post a light hearted entry, making light of the ongoing wackiness going on in D.C., but I cannot. It has all reached the point where it is not even a little funny. No, not funny at all. This administration has lied and lied and lied. It has now gone beyond the lies. We are now talking about sexism, deception and somewhere within this ugly web, there may have been a law or two trampled.
It started with this joke called Obamacare. EVERYBODY with an ounce of business experience knew from the start that this program could not possibly work. With the snap of his finger, Obama produced over 2000 pages, which he called healthcare reform. Without a moment of debate and without anybody reading the bill, it was pushed through without one conservative vote. When asked for an explanation of the details of this bill, Nancy Pelosi said, you can read it after it passes. How arrogant these people are, to think they can rebuild the entire healthcare system in the blink of an eye.
Of course, it did not take a psychic to guess what would happen with such a bill. It only took someone with business experience; enter any conservative candidate. They all predicted this plan, as Obama described it, could not possibly work. There was no way we could introduce a program which would provide healthcare for everyone, without it costing those with insurance, more money and without diluting the quality of service. Mitt Romney said during the campaign that people will lose coverage and those with coverage will pay much more. Obama replied in debates and on the stump, laughing at Romney and saying that Romney was lying to the American people. Fast forward to October 2013 when we are hearing about hundreds of thousands of people losing their coverage and being offered a much watered down and much more expensive replacement.
Today, Obama is saying the only people getting cancelled are those with inferior plans. This man is lying and he is lying in a way that is almost criminal. The fact is, Obamacare permits people to obtain insurance with pre-existing conditions. The fact is, failing to purchase insurance results in a 1% penalty. The fact is, for a person earning $50,000 per year, he can choose to pay the $500 penalty and not carry insurance. If he is told six months from now that he has cancer, he can purchase a policy after meeting some very simple qualifiers.
For this reason, those who are expected to support the program; the young and healthy; can choose not to purchase insurance, while those who are sick enter the program and thereby, deplete the resources of the system. In other words, like everything else in government, much more going out than coming in; further destroying our economy. All of this on top of a website which will cost 10 times the budgeted amount and possibly more before it actually starts to work.
With all of this going on, we have a President and an administration that refuses to accept responsibility. In fact, this president has not accepted responsibility for any of the many examples of incompetence he has exhibited, the greatest of which is his inability to lead. Current estimates are that millions of people have had their insurance coverage cancelled with replacement policies costing up to 10 times the amount of their previous policy. We have watched our country become the laughing stock around the world because of our failure to "take charge" or stand our ground. We have been embarrassed by the revelation of our widespread espionage among our enemies and our friends. All our president can say is that he did not know.
Then we see in every case from the IRS scandal to the Benghazi scandal and now, the Obamacare scandal, that women were in charge of these departments. In each case, the woman threw herself under the wheels of the bus for the president. When was the last time a conservative president almost exclusively used women as his scapegoat? Condoleezza Rice for example, was held in high esteem during her service as Secretary of State. In Obama's administration, women are considered door mats.
At what point do we stop talking and start pushing? At what point do conservatives join Ted Cruz and adopt a policy of brutal honesty? At what point do we stop accepting excuses and start demanding action?. At what point do we admit that this is about more than the lies?

New Blog for Change
A few weeks ago, I relinquished my position as Chairman for the Illinois Modern Whig party. I did not do this because I no longer support the party; I remain steadfast in my support for their efforts and will on a local level, continue to work for the party as best I can.
I gave up this position because I feel the state of Illinois, and our nation, are ripe for the Modern Whig party to make major progress. Unfortunately, I have neither the time or the money to make this happen. Sadly, when I asked for volunteers, I was bombarded with emails from people willing to volunteer, but not willing to give either, their time or money. A new party, such as the Modern Whigs, must be supported by volunteers until it has time to grow roots. I provided as much financial support as I could, but simply could not do it alone.
I have always believed that everyone has a price. What I learned about people, at least in Illinois, is that they are all fed up with what is happening in our state and our nation; but they have not yet reached the point where their anger was greater than their desire for Starbucks. I, on the other hand, had reached this point many years ago. I do not have luxuries such as cable TV or air conditioning, but while other people consider HBO a necessity, I understand that none of this will matter if we sacrifice our most basic rights, our freedom and our independence!
Since most of my posts are critical of our national "leadership" (sic), I have decided to create a new all-encompassing blog. I titled this blog U.S. Constitution in Crisis because this is where we, as a nation, face the most danger. A title such as "America in Crisis" is a bit misleading, since America includes North, South and Central Amercia's. Further, while as citizens of the U.S., we are said to be patriotic if we stand up for America. The fact is, a true patriot is loyal, not to the dirt on which he walks, but to the Constitution for which he swears his loyalty. Our soldiers, our politicians and yes, our President, all swear to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
Our Constitution is under attack by a small faction in power today. Their rhetoric, their actions and their practices are very dangerous to the future sovereignty of the United States. They have learned that they can spread a lie about their opposition and retract it later, knowing that once the damage is done, the retraction is meaningless, because as humans we will always remember the negative. They also learned that they can win the support of immigrants, legal and otherwise, by giving them unencumbered passage into the U.S. They know that these immigrants, coming from places much different than the U.S., will not understand the danger of their actions as it relates the U.S. Constitution. They also know that these immigrants, while I am sure are very good people with assets which will provide great value at some point; are not generational citizens and therefore, do not understand the struggles we have faced as a nation to save our Constitution and all that it represents. Their parents, grandparents and great grandparents did not fight for our freedom.
This very dangerous group in power today, is teaching their new supporters that all people of color are or were victims in the past and therefore, are entitled to cradle to grave, government support. The only stipulation is that the Democrats must remain in power, otherwise, the evil white male conservatives, will turn back the clock and put them in the fields, tied down in chains. The democrats have been very successful with their objective to win the support of the minority groups and mutilate the U.S. Constitution.
What these unsuspecting people do not understand is how absolute power corrupts, absolutely! What they do not understand is that the people in power are in the game for power and greed. They have one objective; to selfishly acquire as much as they can, by any means possible. What they do not understand is that the conservatives have a history of working for the greater good of all citizens, while the democrats have a history of polarizing the nation, serving only the small group they need to keep them in power. They provide just enough to this group to retain their loyalty. These citizens do not understand however, that in exchange for their vote, they have given up their independence and the opportunity to grow to their full potential. While I am sure some people would gladly exchange their independence for a "free ride"; I have to believe that most people, given the correct information, would object to this practice.
As loyalists to the U.S. Constitution, it is our job to get the word out, to educate, to ask questions and to challenge lies. In 2008, citizens voted for "change" without asking Obama what changes he was proposing. In 2012, citizens re-elected Obama based on a successful electronic campaign of lies about the conservative candidates. The conservative candidates were not successful at educating the voters on the dangerous tactics of the liberals and the deadly results of their polices. Gearing up for the 2014 election season, we MUST make a better effort to educated the voters! Despite the media black-out of conservative message, we must get the word out using the same methods as our opposition - Facebook, You-Tube, Twitter and all others. Further, we must get our message, not to our supporters, but to Obama's supporters.
We know our supporters will vote for us; we need the Obama supporters to understand that their future wrests on their support of the conservative party. We must teach them that they cannot give-in to fear mongering. We must teach them that voting on single issues such as abortion rights or gay marriage, is a selfish act and does not benefit the masses. We must teach them the basics of Christian teaching - selfishness is bad, taking without giving is bad! We must show them that as a group, the conservatives of the nation have given much more to charity to help their brothers and sisters than the democrats. We must work together for change that matters; change which will guarantee all citizens, their rights will be preserved and protected under the Constitution of the United States, so help us God!
