Dear Mr. Obama,
You were offered, and accepted employment with our organization on November, 2008. During the period leading up to your January 20, 2009 start date, you were provided a list of your job qualifications and responsibilities. I, and several of your direct supervisors, have spoken to you about your ongoing failures and to date, we have seen no improvement. Summarized below is a representative list of your performance issues:
1. After several requests, you have failed to provide information needed to complete your I-9 (Proof of Citizenship/Residency). Completion of this form is a federal requirement and is required of any employer prior to hiring new team members. Your failure to provide this information is considered gross insubordination, subject to immediate termination.
2. Your primary job function requires that you "Protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America." You have repeatedly failed to fulfill this job requirement and in fact, have shown blatant disregard for this essential requirement as outlined below.
- You have prohibited the exercise of free speech and unlawfully prevented a privately owned organization from using an established name. You have enacted laws, namely the ACA, aka., "Obamacare", which prevents a privately owned organization from exercising their right of religious freedom.
- You have and continue to encourage the illegal passage of laws against any gun ownership. Further, you have enacted laws allowing the judicial branch to act against legal state militias.
- You have failed to ensure the security of the citizens, for whom you committed to protect, by permitting the NSA to obtain data from all citizens without probable cause and/or a properly served warrant.
- You have violated the company policy providing for due process and citizen's right to private property. This was evidenced in the confiscation of private land in Texas, Nevada and countless other locations. Further, through the actions of your wife, you have requested citizens turn their immediate family members over to the police for discipline, for speaking contrary to your beliefs, even in the privacy of their homes.
- You have violated the rights of citizens, to a fair trial by detaining the creator of the video, originally and falsely accused of causing an attack on our property in Benghazi, despite knowing the truth at the time.
- You have forced the denial of the rights of a private sports team owner to retain ownership of his business, simply because you did not agree with his views, despite his legal right to those views.
- Failure to prevent excessive bail or fines and cruel or unusual punishment. See above for example.
- You have failed to allow citizens the right to their own views and opinions, not determined illegal through the legislative process.
These and many other examples of gross neglect and gross insubordination have endangered our organization (country), our management team ) citizens, and the reputation of our organization which is necessary to maintain our growth and global position.
Because of these failures, I wish I could regret to inform you that your employment is hereby terminated, effective immediately. You must remove all personal property, including your spouse, from the citizen's house by Monday morning at 8AM. At this time, you will be required to return all company owned property - vehicles, Air Force One, keys, badges, respect and any other items issued by the organization but not shown above.
You will receive your final pay at the time of your departure. The HR department will contact you about healthcare options available through Cobra or the Affordable Care Act.
You will be expected to vacate the premises no later than 5PM est, at which time an assigned representative of the organization will escort you to your new destination, which should be anywhere except Chicago.
